2) RETURNS: If you are not 100% satisfied with your rug purchase, you can return the rug and get a full refund or exchange the rug with another rug currently in stock.

You can return the rug up to 20 days from the date of receipt.

All returned rugs must be in the same condition you received it.

You are responsible for the return shipping cost of the rug.

Once the return has been initiated, detailed instructions will be emailed to you on how to wrap and ship the rug back to us.

3) REFUNDS: Once the rug has been returned and inspected, a refund will be initiated to your credit card (or original method of payment). You should receive the credit within a certain amount of days depending on your card issuer’s policies.

4) EXCHANGES: You may exchange a rug for up to 30 days from the date you received it for another rug currently in stock, as long as the rug is not a custom size.

All returned rugs must be in the same condition you received it.

Once the original rug has been returned and inspected, the new rug will be shipped out.

5) CANCELLATION: You have 48 hours after placing the order to cancel for any reason.  A full refund will be issued to your credit card (or original method of payment) when the cancellation is processed. You should receive the credit within a certain amount of days depending on your card issuer’s policies.
